Robert Bavagnoli is a Passaic County attorney specializing in personal injury and real estate law. He founded Bavagnoli & Bavagnoli in 1995 where he practiced for many years alongside his brother, Ronald C. Bavagnoli (now deceased). For over 28 years, he has proudly served Northern New Jersey including Passaic County, Bergen County, and Essex County, among others, recovering millions in damages for his clients.
Robert Bavagnoli handles a full spectrum of personal injury cases including medical malpractice, auto accidents, wrongful death cases, slip and fall accidents, defective product cases, and assault and battery. Mr. Bavagnoli holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and received his J.D. from Pace University in 1992. He is a member of Bergen County, Passaic County, New Jersey State, Pennsylvania State, and the American Bar associations.
He founded Bavagnoli & Bavagnoli to help the people in his community, and in addition to his professional duties he has a long record of community service. Currently, he sits on the Board of Directors for the New York City Relief Bus, a mobile outreach service that provides necessities like food and clothing to the homeless. He also previously served as a board member for the Street 2 Street Basketball Ministry, and is a member of the New Canaan Society of Bergen County as well as several local golf organizations.
In his free time, he enjoys golfing and attending his son’s hockey games. He also has two daughters in college and enjoys fishing and traveling with his wife.
